Tremor’s “smart market” platform incorporates intelligent market design, state-of-the-art auction technology, and sophisticated optimization techniques to vastly improve how risk is transferred around the world.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, mission-driven sales manager who can generate industry adoption of Tremor’s ‘smart-market’ technology platform through actively engaging key decision-makers within the insurance industry to; raise awareness, educate on the advantages of Tremor’s platform, and secure commitments to participate in Tremor platform risk auctions.

What success looks like:

  • We’ve set big goals for our growth and expansion over the next year and you will be the driving force behind meeting and exceeding our goals. Your first priority will be to familiarize yourself with our target customer segments, the Tremor platform, and our unique value propositions to the market.

  • You’ll take ownership of our deal pipeline and sales process by familiarizing yourself with our CRM records, coordinating with team members and leadership to transition active deals, getting up to speed on our total addressable market and target accounts, and establishing baseline processes and procedures for deal management.

  • You will work with the executive team to align on a sales plan that will meet or exceed our annual sales targets, defining monthly/quarterly deal targets, defined steps in the sales process, and associated KPIs that will be tracked to measure progress against goals.

  • Our longer-term vision is to fundamentally change the nature of how risk is transferred in the reinsurance industry. You will have the opportunity to dramatically increase growth and revenue at Tremor Technologies but play a role in redefining an industry.

  • You have experience selling products or services that broke the “business as usual” inertia and involved moving prospects to embrace a fundamental paradigm shift in their operating principles.

What you know:

  • You have experience with selling methodologies for Enterprise B2B products targeted at executive-level decision-makers.

  • You have experience running and managing a deal pipeline and sales quota.

  • You have experience operating in and managing sales tools (CRM, Data/Insights, etc).

  • You have some capital markets or financial services exposure.
